FOSS & ESG was formed in 1995 as a joint-venture between Franke’s Offshore Support Service GmbH and Emder Schiffsausrüstungs GmbH. Founders of the company, Helmut Franke, Hans-Jürgen Wurpts and Raimund Overhaus, joined their efforts with a goal to provide the highest quality offshore catering and housekeeping service available on the market. North Sea Oil & Gas sector has been the company’s original area of operation. Our highly trained crews serving on board of offshore units, have quickly made FOSS & ESG a recognisable name in the region, known for its uncompromising approach to quality, hygiene and safety. Driven by the vision of making FOSS & ESG a global player the management team has taken systematic actions to expand company’s operations, entering new markets and adopting the latest technology and industry practices.
